This Premium Xtra Power super thin cutting disc 7″×1/16″× 7/8″(180×1.6X22mm) belong to the Type 41 Flat Resin Bonded Cut off Wheels . The 7 inch cutting wheel is mainly made of white Aluminum Oxide abrasive material. This abrasive cutting blade have 2 pieces Resin Bonded Fiberglass nets to ensure the safety. The Maximum speed of this abrasive cutting wheel 7″×1/16″× 7/8″(180×1.6X22mm) reach 80m/s. The color of 7inch Xtra Power cutting wheel can be black, red ,yellow and green.
This type Xtra Power cutting disc belong to the flat cut-off wheel. It can be used on the freehand Type 41 Xtra Power machine. We can also manufacture the Depressed Center Cutting Wheel type used on Type 42 and Type 27 Xtra Power machine.  You can choose the type and color according with your machine and using.
According customer need , the abrasive cut off wheels can be manufactured by using 1~4  pieces strengthen Fiberglass protection in it with different thickness . Generally, Cutting wheels with thickness 1.0/1.2/1.6/.2.0mm are suitable for fast and easy cutting, but with less durability. Cut-off wheel with 2.5mm thickness is used for cutting common material. Cutting disc with 3.2/3mm thickness have long life and high profile stability.
This Xtra Power flat cutting wheel 7″×1/16″× 7/8″(180×1.6X22mm) belong to the Ultra Thin Cut-off Wheel.  The outer size is 7inch(180mm), the inner hole dimension 7/8inch(22mm) and the thickness of this abrasive cutting disc is 1/16″inch(1.6mm) . it is mainly used for cutting special steel , especially the stainless steel, so some direct customer also call them INOX CUTTING WHEEL.  Of course this abrasive cut off wheel can also be used for Mild steels, tool steels, construction steels, spring steels, stainless steels, cast steels. etc. At present , it is popular in the market for the main advantage as follows :
