<td>LONGITUDINAL FIN PIPE
The heat storage device includes a finned tube, heating tube and heat storage medium. The working principle is to heat the heat storage medium through the heating tube to store the heat energy, and then pass the water into the fin tube for heat exchange. In the existing heat storage device technology, the fin tube does not have a structure for fixing the heating tube, so the fin tube and the heating tube are independently disposed inside the heat storage device, and the gap is filled in the internal space of the heat storage device. Heat medium. Limited by the structure of the existing finned tube, the fin tube and the heating tube cannot be effectively restrained inside the heat storage device. When the overall size of the heat storage device is too large, the fin tube and the heating tube are easily deformed and loosened to cause production accident. In addition, the internal space of the heat storage device is not reasonably divided, which tends to cause uneven filling of the heat storage medium, thereby affecting heat conduction efficiency. Therefore, it is particularly important to design a finned tube that can be fixedly connected to the heating tube and that can form a plurality of closed regions inside the heat storage device by a combination of mutual connection.
WHY USE LONGITUDINAL FIN PIPE
1.The longitudinal fin pipe solves the problem of lack of effective constraint between the internal heating tube and the finned tube in the prior art heat storage device.
2.The longitudinal fin pipe solves the problem that the finned tube in the prior art can not reasonably divide the internal space of the heat storage device, and easily causes uneven filling of the heat storage medium.
3.The longitudinal fin pipe can divide the interior of the energy storage area into a plurality of closed areas, and fill the energy storage medium into the closed area, which can effectively improve the uniformity of the energy storage medium.
